The beauty industry is always changing. One such change is the discussion of a bill in the Senate called the Personal Care Products Safety Act. This bill would allow the FDA to regulate the ingredients in personal care products such as cosmetics. Some cosmetic companies, however, are taking steps to offer lines that are all natural, vegan and/or cruelty-free. One such company is Charlotte Tilbury.

Charlotte Tilbury, a world-renowned makeup artist, got her start in the 1990s. She has worked with A-list celebrities, highly acclaimed photographers and well-known publications such as Vogue and Vanity Fair. She started her brand in 2013 and has received many accolades since inception including CEW Best New Makeup Product for Eyes in 2017.

Currently, Charlotte Tilbury has added a vegan line to her brand, which offers the consumer, cosmetic products that are high-quality and manufactured with no animal by-products. The line includes Primers, Foundations, Bronzers, Lipsticks and more. They are also considered cruelty-free.

One of my favorite lip products (and I love lipstick) is Hot Lips lipstick in the color Liv It Up. Inspired by Liv Tyler, this color is a gorgeous pale pink. The product is incredibly moisturizing, and you will love it once you try it. Also, on her website, they offer a feature where you can see the lipstick on someone with a skin tone similar to yours. This feature allows you to see how the product would look before you purchase it. You can view and purchase these lipsticks at www.charlottetilbury.com/uk/hot-lips-lipstick-liv-it-up.html.

Charlotte Tilbury products can be found at select Bloomingdales and Nordstrom stores throughout the United States. Consumers can also buy products online at www.charlottetilbury.com.

When it comes to makeup brands, I look for products that are high-quality and have great reviews, both personally and professionally. This line has both. Makeup artists love it, and so do consumers. You will not be disappointed, and now that they carry a vegan line, it is a win-win.
