GO BOLD OR GO HOME!
Long gone are the days of being a wallflower. Floral print will never be a thing of the past, it works in winter, summer, spring and fall . You often hear what’s old is new. Is fashion is a big recycling bin?
Examples floral headpieces that we all have come to love (Snapchat has made that a common staple in snap history) Huge in the 60’s. People have taken it to the next level, rocking floral headpieces in their day to day life. Should it go or should it stay? I’m going to have to say I do not want to see this trend carry on . If you are older than 21 Let it go! You’ll always have the snap filter.
Floral dresses aren’t just for garden parties either, ohhhh no. This is where that go BIG or go home comes in. Bright colors, the bigger the flower, the better. Short, long, midi, maxi or bodycon you can do no wrong ( unless it summer and its a really really dark print) let the sunshine be your guide be bright be bold be seen.
Yellow hues, blues, greens, pinks are some of the memorable colors that inspire me. Rompers, shorts, light bomber jackets can also be added to add flare to any floral outfit.
When the sun goes down, and there’s a slight chill in the air, pair a Midi bodycon dress(solid bright color) with a metallic/nude bomber jacket with floral design appliqué on the back or sleeves hair pulled up in a messy bun with a golden glo, bright bold lips and extreme lashes, guaranteed show stopper. This look can be worn with stilettos, converse, metallic sandals or just all depends on the event you’re attending.
Makeup while being a flower that’s just came into bloom should be clean and bold. Less is more. Bold lip, highlight those cheekbones , mascara.Take a lesson out of Korean makeup trends, lip stains are perfect for that just lip bitten look, for blush you can also use cheek stains. Eyeshadows can be simplified with a swipe of a pigmented gold shimmer, opal, peach on the lid (adding liner is optional) Please do add mascara.
Bronzzzzzze! Bronzzzzzze! Bronze.
