Converse have been a style staple since their inception in 1908. Donned by pig-tailed school girls in the 50s, professional basketball players and everyone in between. Continuing his streak of collaborating with iconic designers, London designer Johnathan Anderson is debuting a collection with Converse. The collection includes glimmered sapphire, magenta, and emerald low-tops, and high tops regaled with J.W Anderson logos.
In an interview with Business of Fashion, Anderson shared his excitement and passion for his Converse Collection, “I’ve been wearing Converse for years and years, so when they approached me I couldn’t turn it down because it’s something that I wear.”
J.W Anderson’s collaboration with Converse is set to hit stores in late fall.
