I just had to have the opportunity to review the new Too Faced Peach Palette and believe me, I jumped on it. Not only is the packaging pretty, peachy, and screams summertime, but the colors, pigmentation and shadows themselves blends to perfection.
The amount of versatile looks you can do with this palette is exciting. It is essential to keep in your kit because it brings out so much inspiration, from smokey nighttime looks, to a pretty feminine daytime look. I also received the “papa don’t peach” blush and obsessed is an understatement. The blush has specs of shimmer and the peach color is neutral enough for all skin tones. It quickly replaced my Nars Orgasm.
Below is a step by step to get the best peach palette eyes:
To get this look I first primed my eye lids and powdered the whole lid with “Peaches ’N Cream”.
Next I chose my transition shade, which was “Puree”. I swiped that all along the crease of my eye. I brushed it lightly since I used it to tie in the rest of the colors.
Next I chose “Summer Yum” to go a hair below “Puree” to deepen that area and make a more burgundy eye. I dabbed “Summer Yum” on the outer and inner corners as well.
Once those shadows were on as a dark as I wanted, I took my ring finger and used “Bless Her Heart”, put this color right in the middle of my eye and lined it up with my pupil (to make sure it was in the middle). I used my finger for “Bless Her Heart” because your finger picks up the pigment in a way where a brush can’t, and the pigmentation is vibrant.
Once “Bless Her Heart” was placed in the middle, I took a tapered brush and grabbed “Tempting”. I placed “Tempting” on the outer and inner corners of my eye exactly where “Summer Yum” was.
This created a Halo eye. After for my finishing touches, I took “Nectar” with my ring finger and placed that in my inner corners and on my brow bone.
And Voila! Now you know how great the Sweet Peach collection is and now you can create any type of eye you want with the palette.
