After much debate on M.A.C. Cosmetics and their testing practices, the brand put out a statement that they DO NOT test on animals and never have.
This is fairly good news for those who love the brand and who have contentiously made the choice to avoid buying the brand. Fans of the brand have even more reason to be happy. In addition to fans, the makeup world is going nuts!
M.A.C. Cosmetics has just announced they will now be sold in Ulta Stores in the Spring of 2017. This could be partially due to the fact that the brand is reaching out to a broader audience. With currently being sold in high end department stores and their own stores, the cosmetic giant is hoping Ulta shoppers will gobble up their products even more. Ulta stores are more commonly known as a lower end Sephora.
M.A.C. Cosmetics is known for their incredible diversity “we are for All Ages, All Races, All Sexes,” and their incredible charity work. In 1994, as HIV and AIDS continued to spread across the globe, M·A·C made HIV/AIDS organizations the beneficiaries of the company’s charitable focus and the M·A·C AIDS Fund was created.
