A new residential development is set to establish the benchmark for luxury living in Auckland’s inner city. The historic Grand Hotel that famously hosted Queen Elizabeth II in
1953 will transform from its more recent role as a corporate global head office to The

brought his signature cool, calm style to the interior spaces throughout the building. Knight has used only the highest-quality materials and fittings including natural stone, Italian-designed kitchens and appliances from Germany.

The International will feature 88 apartments over 17 levels and include a range of freehold one, two, and three bedroom apartments as well as exclusive penthouse suites up to 424sqm.

Well-respected property development company Sanctuary Group is behind The
