5 Super Simple All Natural Beauty Tips

Living in today’s world can make it difficult to stay away from toxins and chemicals. I like to face the reality of beauty, by unmasking the real person not covering her up! After a decade of beauty knowledge, I have found a few inexpensive all natural recipes you can search for in your own home that I would love to share with you.

1.Honey Face Mask

Raw Honey is naturally anti-bacterial and a super quick way to get soft, beautiful skin. Once a week use a tablespoon of raw honey (Non-GMO, All Natural, Local Honey) and gently warm it up by rubbing your fingertips together. Spread on your face. Leave on for 5 – 10 minutes and then use warm water to gently rinse it off and pat dry. Follow with Toner (Witch Hazel) to close pores and flawless finish.

2. Apple Cider Vinegar Clarifying Spray

This is perfect if you only wash your hair 2x a week. To help eliminate any build up in your hair, mix ¼ cup  Bragg’s organic apple cider vinegar, with 3 cup water. Combine both water and vinegar into a spray bottle to enhance freshness throughout the week spritz away, don’t worry the vinegar smell will go away once it dries.

3. Blackhead Removal

We all hate those ugly little things! With a simple wedge of lemon place a few drops of honey and gently rub the lemon on the face for about 60 seconds, then leave the residue on your face for about 5 minutes. Rinse with cold water. (This can make your skin sensitive so it’s suggested at night before bed.)

4. Elbow/Knee Exfoliate and Skin Brightener

For you ladies that have Construction and Mechanic hard working hubby’s you’ll love this one! Cut an Orange slice using circular motions as an exfoliant for a few minutes, then rinse. You may repeat if desired (Works for ankles too)

5.All Natural Dry Shampoo

From your local grocery store is found a gemstone! “BAKING SODA” that’s right along with the other thousand uses it has you can simply sprinkle this powder on the roots of the crown area after a day of not shampooing. By parting your crown area in 1/2 inch subsections sprinkle on powder of you can purchase a salt shaker for easy application. Then brush through hair.
